Our Quality Promise

Because we produce and hand finish all of our stationery, we have complete control over the quality. Using the finest materials and with great attention to detail, we will typeset, print and hand-finish your stationery to the highest standard.

We design our own stationery, you will not find these designs anywhere else! New designs are created having listened to what our customers want. Each year new designs are imagined, researched, costed, produced, photographed and finally added to our collection. All our designs come with a full compliment of matching items, from the Day Invitations right through to the Thank You Cards.

If you are not 100% happy with the quality of any of the stationery items you receive, return them to us within 7 days and we will replace them for you.

Our Service Promise

A large aspect of our business is communication. Each and every client is new to us, it is their first time buying wedding stationery and on top of that each wedding is totally unique. So we understand that there are always lots of questions to be asked and reassurance to be given. That is why we have tried to put lots of information about our products on this site, but if you cannot find an answer to your specific questions, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Our Typesetting Promise

Unlike some stationers, we do not charge for typesetting or the creation of your proofs. In fact, you can make unlimited changes to you proofs and can get a total of 5 revised proofs (Proof 1 the original) completely FREE. That means that when you look at our prices, what you see is what you get, there are no hidden charges. When we typeset your stationery, we publish your proof to our website for you to review and approve online, it is so easy!

Our Environmental Promise

All our papers are sourced from  European mills. Paper products use only elemental chlorine-free (ECF) pulps from trees grown in sustainable forests. We employ a recycling company to take all off-cuts and packaging. We encourage clients to reuse or recycle the Love Letters boxes. Used office toner cartridges are donated to the Jack & Jill Foundation for recycling. We operate good waste management practices by reducing the amount of rubbish we produce, reusing more of the products we already have and recycling as much as possible.

My wedding was almost 10 years ago so there isn't much I remember today, apart from that it was a great and funny day we shared with our families. It all happened very quickly as it was love at first sight, which has lasted until the present day. If I was to get married today I would choose Diamond Black, I love minimalism in both form and colour. As production manager I take care that all your invitations are of the best quality and delivered on time. Although hundreds pass through our hands each week, I know they are very personal to each of our couples. Each invitation will be used to let your family and friends know about your love and this special day, your wedding.

I got married in Dec 2010 in Budapest and it was a winter wonderland. My stationery was 'Emboss Amythyst', I wanted something very simple and subtle but with a hint of colour. It also suited the Wintery/Art Deco theme of our wedding.
