DIY Ordering Guide

*Please check that your printer can take size 150mmx150mm. If not buy A4 card instead. You will get 1 print on each A4 sheet and then you will have to cut it out.

Method for Elegant Wedding Invitations
1. Lay out your wording on your PC. Make the page size 150x150mm.
2. Print a test on one of the insert cards. (Remember to set up your print driver with the custom size not A4. You may have to use the manual feed tray.)
3. When you are happy with your testing, print all your insert cards.
4. Now layout your square labels on your PC. Make the document size is A4. Make each label approx. 50x50mm. You should get about 20 on an A4 sheet. Print a thin line around each one so you know where to cut.
5. Cut out your square labels using a guillotene or a metal ruler & blade. Be careful!
6. Apply glue to the top half of your label and stick it over the edge of the top flap in the centre.
7. Turn on your diamante applicator and wait for it to heat up. Pick up a diamante with the applicator and wait a few second for the glue on the back of the crystal to bubble. Then place the diamante where you want it on the label and lift away the applicator leaving the diamante stuck to the card.
8. Put the insert cards into the pockets.
9. Make RSVP or inserts cards and put them in the pocket (see below).
10. Put the invites in the envelopes and mail!

Method for Graceful Wedding Invitations
1. Lay out your wording on your PC. Make the page size 150x150mm.
2. Print a test on one of the insert cards. (Remember to set up your print driver with the custom size not A4. You may have to use the manual feed tray.)
3. When you are happy with your testing, print all your insert cards.
4. Now layout your tags on your PC. Make the document size A4. Make each tag approx. 90x25mm. You should get about 25 on an A4 sheet. Print a thin line around each one so you know where to cut.
5. Cut out your tags using a guillotene or a metal ruler & blade. Be careful!
6. Cut your ribbon into 70cm pieces.
7. Punch a hole in the left hand side of the tag & thread the ribbon through.
8. Tie the ribbon around the top flap. Make a double knot first to secure in place, then tie the bow. Trim frayed edges with a sharp scissors.
9. Put the insert cards into the pockets.
10. Make RSVP or inserts cards and put them in the pocket (see below).
11. Put the invites in the envelopes and mail!

Method for Crystal Wedding Invitations
1. Lay out your wording on your PC. Make the page size 145x145mm.
2. Print a test on one of the insert cards. (Remember to set up your print driver with the custom size not A4. You may have to use the manual feed tray.)
3. When you are happy with your testing, print all your insert cards.
4. Cut your ribbon into 25cm pieces and thread the ribbon through the buckles.
5. Cut out your square labels using a guillotene or a metal ruler & blade. Be careful!
6. Apply a line of glue horizontally accross the front of the top flap of the pocket and stick down your buckle and ribbon very carefully.
7. Turn the card over and apply glue to the back of the two flaps of ribbon sticking out at either side. Then fold them across and stick to the back of the flap.
8. Now apply glue to the back of your insert cards along each edge. Stick the insert cards over the ribbon flaps on the inside of the top flap.
9. Make RSVP or inserts cards and put them in the pocket (see below).
10. Put the invites in the envelopes and mail!

Method for Satin Wedding Invitations
1. Layout your wording on your PC. Make the page size 145x145mm.

3. When you are happy with your testing, print all your insert cards.
4. Now layout your tags on your PC. Make the document size A4. Make each tag approx. 90x25mm. You should get about 25 on an A4 sheet. Print a thin line around each one so you know where to cut.
5. Cut out your tags using a guillotene or a metal ruler & blade. Be careful!

7. Now apply glue to the back of your insert cards along each edge. Stick the insert cards centered on the inside middle panel.
8. Tie the ribbon around the top flap. Make a double knot first to secure in place, then tie the bow. Trim frayed edges with a sharp scissors.
9. Make RSVP or inserts cards and put them in the pocket (see below).
10. Put the invites in the envelopes and mail!

Method for Sarlet Wedding Invitations
1. Layout your wording on your PC. Make the page size 145x145mm.
2. Print a test on one of the insert cards. (Remember to set up your print driver with the custom size not A4. You may have to use the manual feed tray.)
3. When you are happy with your testing, print all your insert cards. 
4. Now apply glue (roller tape) to the back of your insert cards along each edge. Stick the insert cards centered on the inside middle panel.
5. Using a hot melt glue gun, apply glue to the back of the applique and stick to the front of the pocket. Leave to set. .
6. Make RSVP or inserts cards and put them in the pocket (see below).
7. Put the invites in the envelopes and mail!

Method for making Double Layer RSVP Cards
1. Lay out your R.S.V.P. wording on your PC. Make the document size A4. Make each R.S.V.P. top sheet is 110x110mm. You should get 2 on an A4 sheet. Print a thin line around each one so you know where to cut.
2. Print a test sheet.
3. When you are happy with your testing, print all your R.S.V.P.s.
4. Cut out your R.S.V.P.s using a guillotene or a metal ruler & blade. Be careful!
5. Cut the backing card into squares of 125x125mm.
6. Now apply glue (roller tape) to the back of your R.S.V.P.s along each edge. Stick the top layer centered onto the backing card.
7. We cannot guarantee that you be able to print your address on your R.S.V.P. envelopes, but you can try.
8. Finally place the R.S.V.P. & envelope in the invite pocket.

Method for making Double Layer RSVP Cards
1. Lay out your R.S.V.P. wording on your PC. Make the document size A4. Make each R.S.V.P. 125x125mm. You should get 2 on an A4 sheet. Print a thin line around each one so you know where to cut.
2. Print a test sheet.
3. When you are happy with your testing, print all your R.S.V.P.s.
4. Cut out your R.S.V.P.s using a guillotene or a metal ruler & blade. Be careful!
7. We cannot guarantee that you be able to print your address on your R.S.V.P. envelopes, but you can try.
8. Finally place the R.S.V.P. & envelope in the invite pocket.

** Many people wonder why we don't sell pre-cut sheets size 125x125mm, it's because the vast majority of home printers will not print on sheets that small.
